Find below the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipment processing time

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail with a choice of Tracked 48 or Express delivery.

Express delivery- Royal Mail aim to deliver within 1-2 working days after your order has been dispatched.

Tracked 48- Royal Mail aim to deliver within 2-3 working days after your order has been dispatched.

Once your order has been placed you will receive a confirmation email, once confirmed please allow up to 7 working days before your order is dispatched. 

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Please allow up to 10 working days from dispatch for your order to arrive if your order doesn’t arrive in this time frame then please contact us via info@lushioushomescents.co.uk and we will issue you a refund. 

As stated by Royal Mail a parcel isn’t deemed as ‘lost’ until after 10 working days from the date of dispatch.
